  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • Is my car small, medium, or large?
    It is first up to your opinion, however, if you have selected "small' and you have a Ute, for example, changes may be made upon our arrival which may effect costs.
  • Can you restore cloudy or yellowed headlights?

  • Can you remove pet hair from my cars interior?

Billing & Pricing

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation within 48 hours: If you need to cancel or reschedule your detailing appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  2. Late cancellations or no-shows: If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled time or fail to show up without prior notice, a cancellation fee may apply. The cancellation fee will be 30% of the total service cost.

  3. Rescheduling: We understand that schedules can change, and we are happy to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time, subject to availability. Please notify us as soon as possible to make any necessary adjustments.

  4. Multiple cancellations or rescheduling: In the event of repeated cancellations or rescheduling, we reserve the right to request a non-refundable deposit for future appointments or to decline future services.

  5. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and extenuating circumstances can occur. We will consider exceptions to our cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis, and we encourage open communication regarding any unexpected situations.
